Fomo vs Trojan: The Social App Against the Telegram Bot

Trojan lives inside Telegram, fires fast, copies wallets and pays cashback. Fomo lives on your phone as an app, shows you people instead of addresses, and charges half the fee. Here is where each one earns its keep.

Short version: Trojan is a Telegram desk, Fomo is a phone app, and Fomo's fee is half. Trojan charges 1% per transaction, 0.9% for higher-volume accounts, with priority fees on top and a cashback layer that returns some of it; it offers sniping, automated copy trading and DCA orders, all from a Telegram chat. Fomo charges about 0.50% per swap (0.45% with a referral) with a roughly $0.95 minimum on Solana, runs on six chains from one USD balance, pays your gas and shows a feed of named traders. If you already live in Telegram and want speed and automation, Trojan is the native tool. If you want people, chains and a lower fee, the app.

Trojan

Fomo

Phone-first social trading app, web since April 2026. Feed of named traders, follow with alerts, manual mirroring. Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Monad, Ethereum, Robinhood Chain from one USD balance, gas sponsored. ≈0.50% per swap, ≈$0.95 minimum on Solana, 10% off via referral. Split-key wallet, FaceID, key export.

Where each one actually wins

Trojan wins on speed inside Telegram: a launch alert in a group chat, a tap on the bot, filled, all without leaving the app you were already in. Its DCA and limit orders run unattended, its copy trading follows wallets automatically, and the cashback softens the 1%. For someone whose whole trading life is Telegram groups, it is the shortest path from tip to trade.

Fomo wins on cost, on reach and on who you are following. Half the fee at ordinary sizes; six chains including Robinhood Chain and Monad that a Solana bot does not touch; a feed of accountable people with track records rather than an address someone posted; Apple Pay onboarding; and custody that does not hinge on a Telegram login.

Fees at three sizes

Round tripTrojan (1% + 1%, before cashback)Fomo, Solana (0.50% + 0.50%, $0.95 min)
$50$1.00 + priority$1.90
$300$6.00 + priority$3.00 ($2.70 with referral)
$1,000$20.00 + priority$10.00 ($9.00)

Trojan's cashback and its 0.9% volume tier narrow the gap for heavy users; they do not close it. Fomo's minimum flips the answer below about $95 per swap on Solana, and disappears on Base, BNB Chain and Monad.

Custody, the Telegram question

A Telegram bot creates a wallet and your Telegram account becomes the door to it. That is convenient and it is also why compromised Telegram accounts drain bot wallets. Fomo's embedded wallet splits the key with Shamir's Secret Sharing, reassembles it in secure hardware to sign, and puts FaceID in front of withdrawals and exports. Both are self-custodial; one assumes your chat app is a bank.

The realistic verdict

If Telegram is where you trade and you value automation over cost, Trojan is a strong native tool. If you would rather pay half, trade six chains, and follow people rather than addresses, Fomo is the better product for most phone traders. Running both is common: the bot for the launch minute, the app for everything after.
